  • Abstract:  Afrotropical tracheline sac spiders (Araneae: Corinnidae) have undergone a number of taxonomic revisions recently, which has increased the knowledge of and number of species in this subfamily. In this paper, the previously unknown male of Fuchiba tortilis Haddad and Lyle, 2008 and three new species of Spinotrachelas Haddad, 2006 are described, namely, S. confinis spec. nov., S. namaquensis spec. nov. and S. similis spec. nov.; Spinotrachelas was previously monotypic. All of the treated species are endemic to South Africa.
