About Sabinet’s South African labour information product

Sabinet’s South African labour information product, namely Sabinet Labour, offers access to all registered South African Bargaining Council Agreements. It also contains references and, where available, links to relevant articles from labour judgments and clients can access the full text of some of these articles via the SA ePublications Labour Collection of online labour journals. Sabinet has also included A – Z lists with important information about Trade Unions, Trade Union Federations and Employers’ Organisations. Furthermore, labour related acts, court forms, court rules, practice directives for the labour court as well as certain procedures were added to this product for the convenience of clients.
