ReQuest is a web-based resource-sharing service for Southern African libraries.

• Ensures maximum usage of your collections
• Facilitates access to the resources of other libraries
• Each activity in the inter-library loans process is automated and you can track each stage of every request or document order
• Borrowing and lending statistics are provided
• Sabinet manages interlending fees on your behalf and will provide you with a consolidated invoice for payment (or credit)
• You can customise ReQuest with individual library policies and partners
• Your library’s users can place requests themselves (if permitted) to facilitate request processing by library staff
• No additional software is required – you only need an Internet browser
• ReQuest is integrated with Sabinet’s reference databases

Pricing:

• An annual subscription fee (the library must also have a SabiCat or an SACat Plus subscription)

 

 

WorldCat Resource Sharing is a web-based resource sharing service for libraries worldwide that add their holdings
to WorldCat.
